TWO SPACIOUS GUEST ROOMS

Amberesque B&B contains two spacious guest rooms, both with spa en-suite, in a king bed configuration.  These can be booked as individual rooms, or booked together for an indulgent weekend with friends or family.

GUESTS WITH INFANTS OR CHILDREN

Infants and children are welcome to stay on special request. Please contact us to find out more.

ACCESSIBILITY

Rooms at Amberesque B&B are only accessible via staircase – unfortunately this means that the accommodation quarters are not accessible via wheelchair.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $50.00 per room is required at time of reservation. All reservations will be confirmed by email or letter. Deposits can be made by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Direct Bank Deposit or cash.

PAYMENT

The remaining amount owing is to be settled before guest departure. The bill can settled by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Direct Bank Deposit or cash.

CANCELLATION

Fourteen days or more notice full deposit refund. Less than fourteen days full refund if room is re-let.  If cancellation occurs one day or less before scheduled arrival, then the full amount of the booking will be charged.

PRIVACY POLICY

In order to process your booking Amberesque will need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include your name and contact details and those of any other members of your party. They may also include credit/debit card or other payment details relating to a specific booking. When you book online using the website’s secure servers, all of your personal details are encrypted. This means that your information cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Any information you supply to us will be retained on a database and will be used for the purposes of administrative functions, contacting you about a booking or sending us information about yourself. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent except in cases where we believe, in good faith, that we have a legal obligation to disclose such information.
